The various wire curlers pictured below are custom manufactured by Poly-Fabricators, Inc. for customers from the paper and pulp industry. We create multiple versions of this curler, including high- and low-profile long crescent curlers, block curlers, and half-moon curlers – all constructed based upon customer- supplied specifications.
Our high-profile long crescent curlers measure 4″ x 4″, with a desired length up to 240″, while our low- profile long crescent curlers measure 2-1/2″ x 6″, with a desired length up to 240″. Our block and half- moon curlers possess a 2 ½”width and come equipped with individual rail stands so they can be easily moved to various locations on the table.
All curlers are outfitted with micro-adjusting ACME threaded rods for easy and precise adjustment. In addition, stainless steel showering systems are available upon request for both long crescent curler designs. Meeting the product specifications of our customers, we successfully manufacture a series of wire curlers for the paper and pulp industry.
